In this article, we'll cover the User subsection of the User section.
For every user, it's possible to enable Voicemail. You can find this option by clicking More in the option field of desired user.
Click Enable voicemail to enable voicemail for the user.
Enabling the Always start voicemail, will allow to automatically enable voicemail, when the user is unreachable.
In the E-mail field, please enter your email. This is required for the Voicemail activation.
In the Dial code field enter any number (e.g., 111), which, when dialed from the user's softphone, will open IVR voicemail settings.
